Dine & Discover NSW Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Discover NSW Vouchers can only be directly redeemed on-site at the Australian Reptile Park. If you wish to use your Discover NSW Voucher for online purchases, you must exchange it for an ARP Discount Code first. Click here to exchange your Discover NSW Vouchers online.
  • Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers can be used on-site at the Australian Reptile Park.
  • Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers can be used any day of the week (including public holidays)
  • Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers can be used on-site until 30 June 2022
  • Customers can only redeem one Discover NSW Voucher per day, per Service NSW account, at a business. However, customers can combine their voucher with another person’s voucher towards the same transaction.
  • Customers can only redeem one Dine NSW Voucher per day, per Service NSW account, at a business. However, customers can combine their voucher with another person’s voucher towards the same transaction.
  • Discover Vouchers can only be used for items purchased at the front desk and photo booth. Items that can be purchased include:
    • Admission tickets in person at Reception
    • Annual passes in person at Reception
    • Encounters, K2K tours, birthday parties, BTS tours purchased in person at Reception
    • Photo passes purchased at Reception or the Photo Booth
  • Discover Vouchers cannot be:
    • redeemed for cash
    • used for food/kiosk purchases
    • combined together in the one transaction with Parents NSW Vouchers
  • Dine Vouchers can be redeemed at the Hard Croc Kiosk for food/kiosk purchases.
  • Customers can use vouchers if the total is under $25. However, neither the customer, nor the Australian Reptile Park will receive the leftover amount. Any balance of funds is forfeited.
  • Refunds for in-store purchases or tickets bought online will not be given upon customer change of mind or in the circumstance of customer forgetting they have the voucher.
  • Customers who purchase their tickets online without using their $25 ARP Discount Code will not receive a refund upon arrival to the Park upon presentation of a Service NSW Discover voucher.

Parents NSW Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Parents NSW Vouchers can only be directly redeemed on-site at the Australian Reptile Park. If you wish to use your Parent NSW Voucher for online purchases, you must exchange it for an ARP Discount Code first. Click here to exchange your Parent NSW Vouchers online.
  • Parents NSW Vouchers can be used any day of the week (including public holidays)
  • Parents NSW Vouchers can be used on-site until 9 October 2022
  • You can use multiple Parents NSW vouchers for the same purchase up to $250 in total. You can also combine your vouchers with another person’s Parents NSW vouchers, up to a total of $250 towards the same transaction.
  • You cannot use your Parents NSW Vouchers with Discover Vouchers in the same transaction.
  • Parents NSW Vouchers can only be used for items available at the front desk and photo booth. Items that can be purchased include:
    • Admission tickets in person at Reception
    • Annual passes in person at Reception
    • Encounters, K2K tours, birthday parties, BTS tours purchased in person at Reception

    • Parents NSW Vouchers Packages at Reception
  • Parents NSW Vouchers cannot be:

ARP Discount Codes Terms & Conditions

  • Discover NSW Vouchers must be exchanged for $25 ARP Discount Codes via our online portal before 30 June 2022.
  • Parents NSW Vouchers must be exchanged for $50 ARP Discount Codes via our online portal before 9 October 2022.
  • $25 ARP Discount Codes must be used to purchase a ticket by 30 June 2022 and are valid for ONE USE only.
  • $50 ARP Discount Codes must be used to purchase a ticket by 9 October 2022 and are valid for ONE USE only.
  • Customers can only redeem one Discover NSW Voucher per day via our online portal before 30 June 2022.
  • Customers can may redeem up to FIVE Parents NSW Vouchers per day via our online portal before 9 October 2022.
  • Multiple ARP Discount Codes may be used towards the same purchase on-site at Reception or Photo Booth or through online purchases of tickets, experiences, annual passes or photo passes.
  • When on-site, ARP Discount Codes can only be used for items purchased at the front desk and photo booth. Items that can be purchased include:
    • Admission tickets in person at reception
    • Annual passes in person at reception
    • Gift shop items (inclusive of roo food)
    • Encounters, K2K tours, birthday parties, BTS tours purchased in person at reception
    • Photo passes purchased in person at Reception or photo booth
  • When using ARP Discount Codes online, they may be applied to the following:
    • General Admission tickets
    • Annual Passes
    • Photo passes
    • Animal Encounters
    • Zookeeper experiences and other ticketed events
    • Exclusive Parents Voucher Packages
  • ARP Discount Codes cannot be:
    • redeemed for cash
    • used for food/ kiosk purchases
  • When using ARP Discount Codes on-site, if the transaction total is less than the value of the ARP Discount Code that they are using, any balance of funds is forfeited.
  • Refunds for in-store purchases or tickets bought online will not be given upon customer change of mind or in the circumstance of customer forgetting they have the voucher.
