How to redeem your 3-match pass
- Enter your full name into the form
- Enter the email address that you want your 3-match code to be sent to
- Enter your annual pass membership ID
- Submit the form and follow the instructions located in the email
How to find your annual pass membership ID
Your membership ID can be found on your annual pass card issued upon arrival to the Australian Reptile Park. This ID number is a 17-digit number located on the top left of your annual pass card.
Can’t find your annual pass card?
Contact Reception and ask for them to search up your membership. They will be able to provide you your annual pass membership ID in the system.
If you purchased your annual pass online, you will be able to located your membership ID in your confirmation email as well.

When can I use my 3-match pass?
Tickets for Central Coast Mariners matches will go on sale in mid-September. You’ll be able to redeem your tickets as soon as they become available.
I can’t find where to redeem tickets for the Central Coast Mariners home matches.
Tickets for the 2024/25 Central Coast Mariners season are not yet on sale. They will be available starting in mid-September, at which time you can redeem your 3 tickets.
Who is the complimentary 3-match Central Coast Mariners pass available to?
This exclusive annual pass member benefit is only available for new Australian Reptile Park adult, child or concession annual pass members that join between 1 August 2024 – 30 April 2025. This offer is not available for annual pass members who joined before 1 August 2024 or available after 30 April 2025.
Can I receive the 3-match Central Coast Mariners pass with other annual pass types?
No, this exclusive pass is only available for adult, child or concession annual pass types. This pass is not included with Family Annual Passes, Single Family Annual Passes, Extra Child on Family Annual Passes or Senior Annual Passes.
Does this 3-match pass apply to all games that the Central Coast Mariners play?
No, this pass only applies to matches played by the Central Coast Mariners in the regular 2024/2025 A-League Season at their home stadium, Industree Group Stadium. This pass does not apply to the following: AFC Asian Champions League, Community Round matches and FFA Cup games played by the Club at the Venue or any other venue where the Club is deemed to be the local team under the rules of the A-League.
How can I use the 3-match pass?
You’re more than welcome to use your 3-match pass discount in two ways: Attend THREE separate matches with ONE person; OR attend ONE match with THREE people.
I can’t find my Central Coast Mariners code. Where can I find it?
Once you entered your membership ID into the form, you would have received an email from webalerts@reptilepark.com.au containing your code. Still can’t find your code or original email containing the code? Contact admin@reptilepark.com.au
