Tickets can either be purchased at Reception on the day of your visit or tickets can be purchased online here.
We offer discounted tickets for Seniors (60 years+), Concessions (when showing a valid concession card) and group entry rates.
Annual passes are available for purchase and entitle the holder to 12 months of unlimited entry plus a range of benefits. Visit our Annual Passes page for more information.
You can purchase Gift Vouchers online for the monetary value of your choice. Please visit our Gift Vouchers page to purchase.
We accepted Parents NSW Vouchers on-site at Reception and online until 9 October 2022. Parents NSW Vouchers could be used for general admission, photo experiences, animal encounters and annual passes. Parents NSW vouchers could be redeemed any day (including public holidays).
Concession tickets are available to purchase from visitors who have a valid student or pension card. You will be required to present your valid card upon check in at Reception.
Absolutely! Your tickets are valid for 90 days from your planned visit date, so you can easily reschedule for another day that works better for you.
