Love is in full bloom this Valentine’s Day at the Australian Reptile Park! In a video released by the park, adorable animal couples and their keepers are celebrating in the most heartwarming ways! From cuddly dingoes to affectionate lorikeets, the residents are showing that love truly knows no bounds.
The playful dingo duo Chilli & Bandit are the definition of puppy love! They were spotted sunggling their favourite keeper, Imogen Melder, who also spread the love to the Tasmanian Devil Joeys she hand-rasied.
"Valentine's Day is always so special here at the park" Keeper Imogen Medler said. "We love all of our animals so much, and always make sure they feel that love too."
Other mammals keeper Ellesha Vaness, cuddled her adopted wombat joey tight. Giving him kisses on the nose and showring him and love and pats, plus let him spend quality time with his best friend, Honey, the koala joey.
Rainbow Lorikeets were found splashing around together in their bird bath, chirping joyfully as they share in their daily rituals, and who knew reptiles could be so affectionate! The parks lace monitors have been seen snuggling close, basking in the warmth of both the sun and each other’s company.
