Happy Halloween! The animals at the Australian Reptile Park - both adorable and creepy - star in a fun video based in a graveyard shared by the Central Coast wildlife park to celebrate the spooky holiday with festive fun!
Featuring all the cute and cuddly baby animals like Edgar and Honey the koala joeys exploring the spooky graveyard setting, making their way through skeletons and cobwebs. Scooby and Shaggy the Tasmanian Devil joeys relaxed in a carved Halloween pumpkin, while Chilli the dingo puppy used it as her food bowl!
But the cuteness stops when the scaly and slimy creatures come out. Snakes, lizards, toads and turtles explore, including a diamond python destroying a tomb stone with his weight.
Creepiest of all is the array of spooky spiders crawling through the graveyard, including a funnel-web spider dancing through the ribcage of a skeleton.
Billy Collett, Park Manager of the Australian Reptile Park, said, "We're always eager to showcase our creepy crawlies and dangerous animals, alongside our cute and fluffy mammals, and what better day than Halloween to celebrate them!"
He added, "More importantly, if a fun video like this reaches the right audience and inspires them to learn about our koalas, snakes, Tasmanian devils, or any of Australia’s native wildlife—that's a big win for me!"
The creepy video highlights the diverse animals that call the Australian Reptile Park home. Visitors also have the chance to get up close to some of the park’s spookiest residents, such as Tasmanian devil joeys, or explore the venom rooms filled with deadly snakes and spiders during an Animal Encounter.
