Pricing
- Cost per Child: $19.99
- Free Entry for Staff: One adult for every eight children.
- Additional Adult Fee: $43.99
Capacity Limit: A maximum of 100 Vacation Care children per day during school holidays. This total can include a mix of groups from different centers. Early bookings are essential to secure your desired date and avoid capacity-related disappointments.
Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Groups will be re-booked on another date. Cancellations without proper notice will forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Final Payment: Due after your visit.
Supervision Guidelines
- Child-to-Adult Ratios: Strictly adhere to the ratio of 1 adult for every 8 children.
- Group Interaction: Vacation Care groups must stay together and not interact with other groups.
- Behavior Expectations: Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Children must follow instructions and adhere to park rules. Unruly children may be removed, and guardians will be contacted without refund for activities not completed.
Park Etiquette
- Litter Management: Dispose of rubbish properly to protect free-roaming animals.
- Respect Animals: No tapping on glass in the Lost World of Reptiles or Spider World, and keep noise levels low to avoid scaring animals.
- Safety First: Do not chase, pull tails, or distress animals; refrain from reaching over fences or barriers.
The Australian Reptile Park is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from inappropriate behavior. All participants must abide by park rules and listen to group leaders and staff.
